* a Fat Quarter (FQ) is a piece of quilt fabric 18” by 21”

Alternatively 10” by 20” fabric pieces can be used.

Material requirements:

1 x FQ fabric for outer bag

1 x FQ fabric for lining

1 x 5” by 18” strip of fabric for drawstring channel

10” (25cm) Thermolam 272 batting by Vilene/Vliseline

* In the USA know as Pellon where it is also available as fusible, so get a fusible variety if available.

1½yds (1.2m) shoe lace cotton cord, Matching sewing thread

Optional: Clover Bodkin, 505 Spray adhesive, Quilting thread if quilted
